Decent Location, but Several Issues.

The location was convenient.
The shower design was flawed. Water leaked under the door and created a slippery mess. I also bumped the tap often, which turned the water off!

the location was great , near many local hotspots. staff were friendly and helpful. i was able to safely store luggage before and after check in.
the listing stated the hotel had parking , but this was not the case. guests must park at the mall next to the hotel , which requires payment each time you enter and exit. the host did not explain the parking situation at check-in , which was very frustrating.

Central Stay!

The location was excellent! It was a short walk to many shops. The breakfast had a good selection of options too.
The room didn't look like it had been vacuumed. I noticed hair was all over the bathroom floor.

The room had a beautiful view of the city. It was on the 12th floor, and I could see beyond the central business district! The room had normal equipment you would expect.

Okay stay in a central area

central locationshopping proximityhelpful stafflimited toiletriesexpensive parking
The location is certainly a plus. It is close to shopping and transportation options. The reception staff was friendly and helpful (especially when I needed directions). The room had bright colours on each floor.
I found a few downsides . There were no complimentary toiletries, just one basic bath gel. There also was no car park in the hotel. I parked at a public car park for $60 overnight.

Adequate Hotel in Central Location

convenient locationhelpful servicecolorful decoruncomfortable bedexpensive parkingbasic toiletries
The hotel's location proved very convenient for exploring. The front desk staff offered helpful service. I also appreciated the bright, colorful decor which added interest to the room.
The bed was not comfortable. I also found no on-site parking available and parking elsewhere was very expensive. Some basic items were absent. There were no water bottles provided, and there was only one basic bath gel.

The location provided great convenience. I found easy access to various public transport options. Dining and shopping choices nearby added to the hotel's appeal. Friendly staff offered helpful assistance.
The curtains did not extend far enough to block all light. This made sleeping in difficult.
